Welcome to LEARN! This is a member-only benefit providing you access to online trainings, resources, and courses intended to support your role as a union member and Education Support Professional.  Many of these resources are recorded live events conveniently available "on-demand" 24 hours a day, seven days a week based on your schedule.

Getting Started:

1. Look at the blue button in the upper right hand corner and make sure it indicates you are Logged In.  It should say "Log Out" if you are logged in.  If you aren't logged in, it will say "Log In".  If you need to log in, click the button and it will take you through the Portal login process and should bring you back to here.  You can also just navigate back to here via the "LEARN" link on the blue Portal link bar after you log in the Portal. 
2. Click on the LEARN Course Catalog link in the menu bar above and use the filters to find topics and course type, OR...
3. Click on one of the three links below to access Personal, Professional and Leadership trainings and resources. 
4. You can earn certificates for completing a simple activity assignment after taking some of the courses.  Keep track of and access courses you are registered for and your completed courses by clicking on "My Learn Dashboard".
5. Don't forget to update your "LEARN Profile".
